According to reports, Joseph disappeared under unclear circumstances while heading home from work.
His wife, Peninah Muteti, said they last spoke when he told her he was leaving his shoe business to head home, but he never arrived.
Attempts to reach him afterward were unsuccessful as his phone went off.
Joseph, who hails from Makueni County, is married with two children who are now distraught over their father’s sudden disappearance.
The family describes him as a hardworking businessman who never failed to return home.
The disappearance was reported at Kware, Muungano, and Ruai police stations after he vanished on the night of December 29, 2025.
Police confirmed the report and revealed that a search has been ongoing since then.
Officers have called on Kenyans with any information that might assist in the ongoing investigations to come forward. Meanwhile, the family is pleading with the public to help trace his whereabouts.
