Family of late Gachagua’s brother writes to Ruto over alleged forged will and stolen estate

The family of the late former Nyeri Governor Nderitu Gachagua has petitioned President William Ruto, seeking government intervention in an ongoing dispute over the management of his estate.

In a letter dated March 23, the family is asking for investigations into allegations of fraud, forgery, and unlawful interference involving a contested will they claim has been used to control and distribute the deceased’s assets.

The petition was submitted through the Office of the Attorney General.

According to the family, a close relative has allegedly been manipulating estate processes over time, including transferring assets irregularly, using proxies to divert property, and denying rightful beneficiaries access to key holdings. GET FULL STORY HERE.
