Steve Godia said the incident happened on the eve of Valentine’s Day at his rented house. What started as a tense talk with his girlfriend quickly turned tragic.
According to Steve, the woman demanded to know whether he was still involved with an ex-girlfriend.He said the argument grew heated late at night before the attack happened.
Police are investigating the case as attempted murder and grievous assault.
Ten days after the report was made, the suspect is still missing, leaving the family worried and frustrated.
Steve said love turned into horror on a day meant for celebration.
