Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has for the first time addressed speculation that he could be replaced as President William Ruto’s running mate ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Speaking during a development rally in Tharaka Nithi on Wednesday, Kindiki appeared to concede that his position is not guaranteed, signaling a shift from his earlier firm stance on retaining the deputy presidency.
