In the image that was shared on X, the President is seated calm, even though his feet are deeply soaked in mud.
In the photo that has made rounds online, an x user even argued that the President has finally tested the fruits of poor roads and infrastructure after being forced to walk in through mud.
Another x user did however blame the assistants to the President, insisting that it was rather questionable, that they failed to carry boots for the President when everyone is aware that it's a rainy season.
Others have argued that such images make it clear that it's totally impossible for Kenya to achieve President Ruto's Singapore dream.
